GDP: Measuring the Human Side of the Canadian Economic Crisis
Following Zoran, the owner of a car detailing shop in Calgary, and Edgar, a Filipino working for Zoran through Canada's temporary foreign worker program. Zoran immigrated to Canada quite a while ago and established his business, and recently hire Edgar, a Filipino temporary worker new to Canada. The film follows their relationship and looks at the shared experiences of two immigrants building their own paths in Canada, with the backdrop of current economic uncertainty.
